You have several options for signing the contract with us. The first and easiest method is through DocuSign—you’ll receive the contract via email, allowing you to sign it electronically. Once all parties have signed, we’ll receive the completed contract almost immediately. Another option is for us to send you a PDF version, which you can print, sign, and scan back to us. If you prefer, we can also arrange an in-person meeting anywhere in South Florida to sign the contract together. Alternatively, we can mail you a physical copy for you to sign and return. Whatever method works best for you as the seller, we’re happy to accommodate.
How Long Does It Typically Take To Close And Get The Money?
The contract will be set for 30 days, but we usually close within 2 to 3 weeks. After the inspection period is completed, we deposit the funds into escrow and work to finalize the closing as quickly as possible.
